Orders placed in November and December qualify for our holiday returns extension. For these orders, please call us by January 15th to obtain a return authorization number. We do ask that upon receipt of your package you check your order for accuracy and make sure there has been no damage. Please report any problems within two weeks of receipt.

How Do I Return or Exchange An Item?
Please visit our Contact Support page and fill in the appropriate information about your return / exchange. We will get back to you via email with detailed instructions.

What Is The Returns Policy?
For Damaged / Incorrect Merchandise:
All damaged / incorrect merchadise must be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number within 14 days of item receipt. Please keep the item and any packing materials that came with your shipment in case the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) wants to do an investigation on the damage. Once the damaged or incorrect merchandise is received at our warehouse, the correct replacement items will be shipped to you free of any additional shipping charge.

For Unwanted Items / Exchanges:
All returns / exchanges must be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number within 30 days of item receipt to be accepted at our warehouse. Please use the link to the returns form above to obtain an RMA. Once issued an RMA, please ship the item(s) (in new condition, with all tags attached, in its original packaging) back to our warehouse within 14 days. Be sure to obtain a tracking number for the return shipment. Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse, we will issue a credit to your credit card for the original purchase price of the item(s), or send out your exchange.

Are There Items That Can't Be Returned?
The following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective, or unless we shipped you an incorrect item in error. These items will have this noted in their product description:

- Earrings (Due to Health Reasons)
- Dated Materials (Such as Calendars)

What If I Need to Cancel or Change My Order?
Any modification or cancellation requests must be submitted to us within one hour of your order being placed.
