We know that you’re a fanatic about your team and their merchandise. Our goal is for you to be thrilled with your purchase and to provide you with outstanding customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the product cost. If you receive the wrong item(s) or your item(s) arrives damaged, we’re committed to resolving your situation in a timely and hassle-free manner.
How Do I Return An Item? For Damaged / Incorrect Merchandise:
Please keep the item and any packing materials that came with your shipment in case the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) wants to do an investigation on the damage. Once the damaged or incorrect merchandise is received at our warehouse, the correct replacement items will be shipped to you free of any additional shipping charge.
For Unwanted Items / Exchanges:
All returns / exchanges must be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number within 30 days of item receipt to be accepted at our warehouse. Please call our customer service team at 800-463-4420 to obtain an RMA. Once issued an RMA, please ship the item(s) (in new condition, with all tags attached, in its original packaging) back to our warehouse within 14 days. Be sure to obtain a tracking number for the return shipment. Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse, we will issue a credit to your credit card for the original purchase price of the item(s), or send out your exchange.
Are There Items That Can't Be Returned?
The following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective, or unless we shipped you an incorrect item in error. These items will have this noted in their product description:
- Earrings (due to health reasons)
- Personalized / Custom Items
- Dated Materials (such as calendars)
What If I Need to Cancel or Change My Order? If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do everything that we can to try to accommodate your request. However, please keep in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, it may not always be possible to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.
