Orders placed in November and December qualify for our Holiday Returns Extension. If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased in November or December please call us by January 15th to obtain your return merchandise authorization (RMA).
How Do I Return An Item?
All returns / exchanges must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number within 14 days of item receipt to be accepted at our warehouse. Please call our customer service team at 800-463-4420 to obtain an RMA. Once issued an RMA, please return the package to us within 14 days.
For Damaged / Incorrect Merchandise:
Please keep the item and any packing materials that came with your shipment in case the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) wants to do an investigation on the damage. Once the damaged or incorrect merchandise is received at our warehouse, the correct replacement items will be shipped to you free of any additional shipping charge.
For Unwanted Items:
Please ship the item (in new condition, with all tags attached, in its original packaging) back to our warehouse at your expense. Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse, we will issue a credit to your credit card for the original purchase price of the item (less original shipping charges).
Are There Items That Can't Be Returned?
The following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective, or unless we shipped you an incorrect item in error. These items will have this noted in their product description:
- Earrings (due to health reasons)
- Personalized / Custom Items
- Dated Materials (such as calendars)
